Culver City, CA • 18 unit multi-residential project
The project consisted of developing 6 unique floor plans for the 3 residential floors. Each unit had a open concept kitchen & living room area, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths & laundry rooms. The master bedroom in 4 of the floor plans were walk through closets to a large bathroom. The secondary bed and bath were ample in size with the bath outside of the room. Each unit had a terrace with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors for unobstructed views of the urban Culver City setting. All of the units featured Italian cabinetry in the kitchens, baths & walk through closets.
